[PL][ENG] Tutorial jak zainstalować najnowszego ICS na Galaxy S i9000

Regarding many requests i made a vid showing how step by step flash this rom when you are on gb or other rom like darkyy etc. I made this in polish language but included subtitles so you won't have any problems with understanding procedure. Enjoy! Subscribe, follow here and on twitter ;)

W związku już z kilkoma prośbami na PW i w komentarzu zdecydowałem się nagrać filmik jak dokładnie krok po kroku przejść instalacje. Dlaczego filmik? Sam preferuje filmiki, wszystko jest krok po kroku i mam nadzieje że wam też się spodoba po drugie napewno mi łatwiej jest coś takiego nagrać. Build 11 Better then better! Galaxy S i9000 ICS! teamhacksung

After few minutes of playing with new build i was so dazzled that everything was supposed to be fixed and perfect. But not indeed. Fc's started to show, gallery was slow but now after few crashes it's fast again :D Weird.. Trebuchet launcher and UI (multitask) crashed few times too. You'll tell I'm complaining a lot, I'm not :D I'm very happy to see all those shocked  faces in bus, supermarket and everywhere when they see what OS I'm using :D
To prove all theese things (fc's and lags) I made as usual a video (this time with no voice because of sore throat).

Video Recording On Build 10 Galaxy S ICS [ 720p ] - GOOD! [UPDATE]!!

Hello guys. I have got a great news today ;) I don't know whether you have better experience with 720p recording or not but I've managed to shoot some videos without ANY lag ;) Luck or not maybe it's because of package i instlled containging few tweaks ;) You can find it in xda thread of this rom (had a big screenshot in post). Back to recording, It's still very noisy(much more noise than 640x480) but 720p :D and in good light conditions shows decent amount of detail. Oh, i forgot :D This is better then MIUI roms some time ago based on gingerbread. I hope this will be better and better :D Can't wait.

I also made a vid for unbelievers and please don't pay attention to mess on my desk. (Shit i used trademark of Coca Cola ...)

Finally I made video showing Build 10

Yes, I made a video but have to admit..I overclocked phone to 1.3GHZ fixed and that's why lags in browser are small(I forgot about oc that's why i'm suprised in the vid :D ), in daily usage they are nightmare that's why I'm using only Opera mobile which i truly recommend. Awesomness has come!! But not for us :(

Yesterday the official update was released for Nexus S, sources of 4.0.3 come out. Everything should be impressive, reactions of first users were very good, they had orgasms because of smooothness but on the other side there are some unacceptable things. Teamhacksung did a really great job by doing really fast rom and It's great. Thank you guys! But I'm pretty disappointed. So what we've got hwacceleration and composition on launcher, hmm it's cool but now browser is laggy and some things doesn't work at all. Gallery app is slow as hell, keyboard chokes. Some apps forcecloses (eg launcher from time to time).
This is hard to explain so i will make a video soon.

Nexus S Gets Official ICS Upgrade - Great news for galaxy S users !

According to news from xda "Many Nexus S owners have already loaded an unofficial AOSP Android 4.0 port onto their device. But starting now, you can get the official Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade for the Nexus S. All you have to do is grab the files from the discussion thread, follow a few steps, and you’ll be ready to go. If you’re not brave enough to do it yourself, an OTA update will eventually be pushed to your device, although you might be waiting a bit for that."
This is really a great news for Us Galaxy S owners because nexus S has the same Hummingbird processor but in diffrent housing ;)
Also I'm working on review of BUILD 10 of teamhacksung rom ;) I have a lot of work but this will be uploaded today ;)

Teamhacksung ICS for i9000 BUILD 9 Instalation Tutorial and Review

Welcome guys ;) I've just installed latest build 9 of teamhacksung of course. First thing i noticed is very long boot after install about 3-5minutes so don't think it is stuck or something while installing. Ok back to the rom, SOMOOTH :D I foudn browser to be noticeably faster and thats it watch the video below ;) Here is a vid / tutorial how to install it and review inside ;)

Perka battery/mod ICS based on teamhacksung's ICS Port

I'm sure not all of you seen perka mod on xda but it's really worth installing ;) It gives you few options to show percentage battery instead of just cointainer and many other small improvements like date centered position and other. Happily there are no downsides so feel free to check it out on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1107201

Build 8 of teamhacksung finally reviewed on Galaxy S i9000

I've just installed the latest build and I was shocked they've addes some new things and not mentioned in changelog. That is really modest :D Few things added i showed in my video below and some maybe not. Overall perfomance is nearly the same but few things are working better : multitasking, ping on wifi (in previous versions i had ping around 200 now 10 :) ) and probably many other i didn't notice.

In this very first post i wanted to thank you viewer for reading this. I'm gonna very exactly test mainly builds of http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1363593 teamhacksung which are great and i really appreciate their work. So let's move on to videos ;) Now I'll show some previous ones but in few hours i will test newest build 8 of ice cream sandwich ;)

What is Android 4.1?

Rumblings of the next version of Android are upon us, just weeks after Android 4.0.1 began shipping on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Apparently the 4.1 version of Android is for the LTE version of the Galaxy Nexus slated for Verizon wireless, though it’s very possible that this version will eventually be pushed to the GSM version of the Galaxy Nexus (and thusly be available in the dozens of ICS ports that are happening for current and older devices). XDA user cellzealot claims to have possession of the 4.1 build of Android, and reports that with it there are some UI changes. According to him:

There is a new clockscreen screensaver mode when charging that shows the time and opens the screen if you touch the time display. Also many internal framework changes as well; subtle but nonetheless noticeable changes in the UI.

Nevertheless, when the 4.1 build is ready for distribution, you’ll be able to find it code.google.com.
